Internet law & justice situation: The court of justice Hamburg has decided with the effect of 12th May 1998, that with the acceptance and integration of links, the content of the linked website is within the responsibility of the owner where the link has been connected to. This can only be avoided - according to the court of justice Hamburg - by the means of distancing itself of all content of the linked website, or the entire web.
